Chef Program Recipes
Healthy Monday, a national health initiative, is a nonprofit organization working in association with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The Meatless Monday Campaign provides tools and resources to help people reduce consumption of saturated fat by at least 15% by 2010, consistent with the dietary recommendations of the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, the US Dept. of Agriculture, and the American Heart Association. Twenty-eight other public health schools are also supporting the campaign, including Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health.
